Q.1: How to Make Mobile Tones?
Ans: Enter Menu of your Mobile Phone, Go to Tones and Select Composer, over there, you'll see pre-set tones by the name of (empty) open any one and start keying the codes that can be found here.

That's it! Your Tone is ready.
